Dick Pan has been in the back pocket of BigPharma for his entire political career; he cares about little else than serving his master.

A willing tool of the Poisoners. Is he of the "useful idiot" variety?

Or a knowing psychopath?

Expand full comment

He acts like an abuser that was abused himself as a child. He’s completely obsessed with passing laws to mandate injecting as much poison into little children as possible.

Expand full comment

This fits with Toby Rogers' hypothesis that we live in a world populated by vaccine-injured who are incapable of human empathy.

Expand full comment

No the world has many people in it who are incapable of empathy but many of them have been like it for years.

Some are as you say vaccine-injured empathy incapable.

Expand full comment

Sorry to be the pedant here but many people who were abused as children actually grow up to not want others to feel as shit as they have felt.

I hate seeing evil in the world, it physically hurts (melodramatic I know) and I have a sixth sense for knowing when something is "off" with other people.

Sorry to interrupt but I just had to.

The idiot who wrote this law and the dimwits who voted for it have no idea what science is or how it works. In science there is never ever consensus or complete agreement on anything, therefore the scientific community should NEVER have any power to enforce anything.

Lol. I always think of that consensus science example as well. How long did docs not even wash their hands after handling a cadaver then delivered a baby? Centuries? The doc who started washing plus recommended hand washing to the consensus science mob was thrown into an insane asylum for daring to challenge their consensus. Consensus science will kill you--as has been plainly demonstrated the last 3 years. 🙄🙄

I hope your idea doesn’t make them simply rewrite the law. Happens all the time in CA, especially with election laws.

PS how about the Great Barrington doctors?

I know that you are a lawyer and you are right that that 's what Pan actually wanted.

I believe that Pan is actually blind due to his vaccine obsession and thinks that there is a consensus -- and that's how one word "consensus" became the cornerstone of this law. But it makes the law totally impotent. So they will definitely try to redefine "consensus" when challenged. Good

The whole law is written very badly, The section 4) is a totally broken sentence.

Yes, allopathic M.D.s, pretty much by defintion, are drug pushers for Big Pharma:

Observe symptoms, name them, look up name in PDR, write prescription for a toxic drug that interferes with the body systems related to the symptoms in order to suppress the symptoms without ever addressing or correcting the cause, to allow the underlying condition to get worse and worse and provide the excuse to write even MORE prescriptions. Repeat until death occurs.

Once again I am going to risk either not being paid attention too ( which is usually the case) or being thought of as a nut ( I don’t care). This Bill, if it lasts will only apply ( and this is sad) to most of LA, SF & Sacramento & Silicon Valley. Very soon California is going to split into ‘New California’ & (Old) California. New California takes up most of the land mass of old California. The split is urban v. rural. The population split is about even. So Grusome will be Governor of 20 million people & a very tiny, very broke state. New California will actually save old California financially by being fiscally conservative, building 9 dams, many electricity power plants, becoming energy independent & selling water, electricity & energy to them at a sane rate. New California will be a manufacturing powerhouse. The website once again is: www.newcaliforniastate.com There is a map on the website, although definite borders have not been set yet.

There is no other solution that will save California, the 5th biggest economy, I believe, in the world, ahead of Germany & India. New California, the 51st State will rank even higher after this recession/depression is over & is rebuilt. It is totally Constitutional. Based on Article 4, Sec 3&4 of the Constitution. It will be a model for the rest of the country. No mandates. Medical freedom. Adhere to the Bill of Rights & the Constitution. A new school system.

The problem with democracy is that politicians need funding so that automatically causes corruption. Once they are elected, they have to return the favor and support their supporters' interests. It is an inherent conflict of interests. One of my political rules is that every political group becomes corrupt over time. Inevitably. Unfortunately. And it will happen with your New California and Preston too.

Expand full comment

it is human nature to be loyal to one's perceived tribe. That is why transparency, checks and balances are required -- and also ethical training so that the population understands how corruption begins and can snuff it out at the first whiff of it, and also continue to be vigilant. We need each elected leader to have a high standard of personal, moral integrity and a commitment to transparency (allowing the people to witness the actions) and self-reflection and self-policing -- understanding this is a potential human weakness that unethical people will always try to exploit.

In this day and age with the internet, it is so possible to have "the people" as their own observers and representatives, but we still do have a need for representative government.

I am not sure the answer to the greed factor, but transparency and a commitment to ethics (enforced by the group) would help reduce the ability of corrupt people to buy loyalty and favors.

Politicians need money because of elections. So, find a way to choose officeholders that does not involve elections. Ancient Athens found such a way: choose officeholders by lot.

Expand full comment

Politicians will do the same even without elections. They will want to enrich themselves while in power and one of the ways to do is to accept bribes from corporations or NGOs to promote their interests. Have you ever seen a politician who leaves his position poorer than when he arrived? Choosing officeholders by lot is a hit or miss method which brings no guarantee of a responsible, honest ruler.

Expand full comment

Another problem with politicians is that the ones seeking the limelight and power of a public position tend to be narcissistic and power-hungry types. Most normal, ethical people dislike the public exposure and just want to live their own quiet, private lives and be devoted to their families. A further problem is that America is becoming less religious and far fewer subscribe to values such as ethics, integrity and decency. The left doesn't even believe in these values.

Dear state of Killafornia and big Harma,

I Grasshopper Kaplan request the immediate resignation of Richard Pan and Gavin Newsom for the disinformation bill he Pan wrote and Newsom signed, which violates my rights to be treated as an individual with my own health concerns .

Since you rolled out this goddamm scamdemic, . medical science has been steamrolled and as long as ab2098 is the law I am in fear for my life lest I need to see a doctor.

Gavin and Pan must resign and their ill law repealed instantly.

Every law Pan wrote needs to be reversed and repealed.

End the lawfare. End the war. End your creepy clown horror picture show, pronto.

Regards,

A concerned citizen of San Francisco killafornia.

Perhaps. But that's not something you can do. All this talk about fighting this legally is not going to solve one damn thing. They are going to push whatever they want to push, slower maybe if there is pushback, and the sheeple will accept it as long as their standard of living is not impacted. Only when the sheeple will feel the austerity, they might start to ask questions. High chance they won't be the proper ones and that TPTSB will manipulate the masses towards a pre planed solution as they always did.

It's not so much a science as it is an ideology.....totalatarianism has been tried before and to believe in it you need at least two distinct intelectual attributes....firstly you need to be completeley ignorant of history and how it has played out wherever and whenever it has been tried before....then you need to be a collectivist type who believes in the mythical idea of equality and social justice for all...the problem with ideology, is that it always works ( at least

In the minds of the true believers) until challenged by reality.....to those that took the shots naively because they followed their leaders instruction , or to those that are going to freeze in Europe this winter because their leaders pedalled a lie propagandized by Greta and based on

Michael Mann's notorious hockey stick.....this is all part of a new unimproved totalitarian push that like every ideological idea in the past, says that the end will justify the means. Unfortunitely, reality will deal the consequences and that reality will have nothing to do with " their science".
