I read widely variable estimates of the number of unvaxxed in the USA; anywhere from 15 to 65%. It would be nice to have a handle on a good estimate. So very true. We had Omicron in January this year. In Feb hubby was hospitalized low oxygen. Thankfully I was there at admission and advocated against the CDC protocols they wanted to do on him, and when he was alone he also declined them. He's home and almost 100%, but it's been a long road. We are both non vaxed peeps. His adult daughter, vaxed & boosted and one who supports forced shots, suggested hubby get vaxed now, as I was providing her an update. I no longer deal with her as I have NO patience for the moronic choice to remain ignorant and push such ignorance on others.
I had been been taking the various vitamins and Quercetin/Zinc, tonic water, aspirin, pineapple juice, elderberry chews. I upped the dosage of those and included and some horse paste and drinking daily green tea. It worked somehow. Never lost my taste or smell, but I didn't drink any coffee for 2 months, and I love java. Hubby wasn't a vitamin advocate then and he was hit and miss taking them, but he now is consistent. Adult son did get the tx protocol from FLCCC, and it worked. I thought about using FLCCC but took a wait and see attitude. The only one who suffered the greatest was hubby, who is also diabetic. He's almost back to 100% health, and has been consistently taking vitamins, drinking his water, eating more vegs etc.
Hard to accept, but very true. Their minds are literally closed, blue vaccinated, not just pilled. They are loved ones and knowing this does not lessen the concern. I pray a lot.

This is what IVM did to my wife. About two hours, fever was gone. Only returned for 3 hours two days later when I mistakenly lowered the dose. No long covid, although she had some covid symptoms like super big weakness one day and big anxiety attacks a week later.
I’m so happy you helped her with ivm, Igor. Even though I am retired from an internal med career, I’ve helped about 30 people so far and my oldest was 88. Even she did great with the FLCCC protocol. It was truly amazing to watch all these people in their 60s, 70s, and 80s never drop their oxygen saturations, never develop pneumonia, never have to go to hospital and not one developed Long Covid. Remember it is dosed by weight. The higher end doses for these very, very infectious variants are best. The FLCCC protocol recommends the 0.4 to 0.6 mg per kilogram dose per day, for at least five days or until well. I say, hit it hard and hit it fast. Do not wait to treat it. If more virulent variants to arise, we will all have to be very aggressive with our treatment plan. Personally, I do not wait for a positive test to return. Oh man! Well, my right frozen shoulder happened when I lifted a box of cat litter that was WAYYY to heavy for me and then, a few months later, I decided to try and do a cartwheel (LMAO duh me) and hurt my left shoulder! I got a cortisone shot in my left one which helped a LOT but my right one was already too far gone for it to help. It's been a little over a year and almost 100% healed up but the stiffness comes and goes still. The most hilarious part of all of it was going to the orthopedic surgeon and him looking at my chart and mumbling out loud, "Cat litter and a cartwheel". He had a fantastic sense of humor! =0))))
Good of you to link to Brian Mowrey's dissenting opinions. Thanks to substacks like yours and his and several others, I'm learning more about immunology and biochemistry than I ever wanted to know: and now I know enough to know that I'm well out of my depth in any serious argument about that stuff.
I can draw conclusions from the cases / hospitalizations / fatalities numbers, but I'm not so naive about population statistics to think that those charts speak for themselves. There are so many ways that the numbers can be biased, skewed, or distorted. That's the case even assuming good faith on the part of those collecting the data, which is by now obviously and completely unwarranted with Covid. All-cause mortality, that's hard to fake. All the rest... grains of salt.
The more time I've spent looking into the real causes of the social / governmental / economic phenomena: the planners of the plandemic, their means and motives, the more I'm convinced that none of this is a mistake. This is mass murder. War, maybe, but not by the rules.
And I don't need any expertise in immunology or even the interpretation of 'public health' stats to draw those unpleasant conclusions with uncomfortable certainty. Some awareness of history and the human capacity for evil (and much more so, mass delusion) is quite sufficient.

Thanks for the well wishes. I am fully recovered. Took about 6-8 weeks to resolve everything but I'd say most symptoms resolved in 3-4 weeks. I did take lots of supplements and a good doc gave me some meds for the rest.
I don't regret avoiding a 'vaccine' for this but that was a calculated risk to ensure better immunity in the long run (as best I could tell). Nonetheless, it was no cakewalk.
Troubling information. It certainly looks like, in addition to acute toxicity of the c19 vaccines, there are further, unwanted effects.
I’m of the opinion that the PCR test as employed for clinical diagnoses is untrustworthy at best. Others may disagree but, following this line of thinking, I’m wondering whether c19 vaccine injury might masquerade as respiratory viral infection? Alternatively, might immune suppression following c19 vaccination lead to
infection by commonplace respiratory viruses?
I don’t feel strongly about these possibilities but am curious about the confidence we can have about the reported clinical diagnoses.
My understanding is that reliability of PCR tests depends on the number of cycles. At high cycle thresholds, PCR tests are too sensitive and prone to false positives. Under 30 cycles, positive PCR tests usually mean an active disease with replication competent virus. That's my understanding.

"replication competent virus". And we know this how? All I could find was a CDC chart that was based on a different virus. Somebody somewhere must have looking into what this virus can do. I recall the Italian study that went around swabbing walls and even toilet seats only to discover viral particles that they could not culture. But they had PCR data as low as 15 cycles as I recall. My collection of such papers now is quite out of hand and poorly organized. Never imagined that I would end up with so much stuff nor be as preoccupied with this unfolding saga.

PCR starts maximising positive always at 30 for short sequences. This is published and well known for almost 20 years. A gold standard would require a full unique long enough sequence. This is not usually possible to produce, let alone scale it. Without a gold standard the test has 4 possible logical results. Only subjective statistical methods could effectively deal with such scenarios under uncertainty. Impossible for the populace to understand the result is not binary and not possible to deploy at the individual level. FDA guidelines suggest to overcome this by limiting to 12 cycles. Usually luminescence is rendered quasi-mute at this cycle threshold for short sequences. The FDA relaxes said requirement to 18 cycles plus physician confirmation of symptoms. That's what Pfizer et al should have been doing in the polemic trials. But then again...
Given that information why was the guideline set at 30+? The probability of a false positive seems related to anything over 12 cycles for the sequencing match used for production. Or am I not understanding? I assume that somewhere is a relationship connecting sequence length, cycle count and false positive probability. Is that related to the specific reagent kit? Published?
Don't know but I suspect the obvious reasons. I call it the pandemic threshold. The FDA guidelines for trials are obviously based on some statistical analysis and results. My take on this is simply mathematical. After a given number of cycles the increased probability of having false positive or negative leads to super/exponential diffusion of the sample variance, so the 2nd moment is no longer bounded and cannot be described by an ergodic process. Basically you can no longer compute a measure of uncertainty of the system. This is assuming cycles as a measure of time and fluorescence of the outcome. Now, the specific outcome of course depends on the specific diffusion process. I briefly described a common diffusion outcome in a 2d Fokker-Plank sense. However, if you really assume all the 4 logical outcomes, the first result is that you cannot really ever solve the Fokker-Plank for such process. Likely... Anyway the analysis equates to quantum physics. The solution would be a wave. The more cycles you add the probability of the wave become both outcomes is always equal to one. Or as Mullis put the more cycles you add the more it looks like everything could be contained inside the initial small sample. To deal with this is possible using HMM Monte Carlo sampling and reduce to a 2d system again. All this is advanced math and computer topics. The 12 cycle threshold suggests that such analysis exists. The 18 cycle double confirmation method as the name of its author and for what I know it is widely accepted. Anything beyond is highly speculative. Think of your book as an initial letter soup. Start shuffling letters around, eventually the desired sequence would start poping up, and the shorter it is the more likely to pop up before the next shuffle. The ignorance rests on the belief that the sample size does not grow. It does. Combinatorics wise. Alphabet is bounded so all of this can be most likely computed. You should think on the probability that a combination exists given all possible shuffles. Sample each one randomly and eventually at a given number of shuffles the probability of said sequence exists starts growing exponentially. I have several posters on the topic of pcrs. See this one with the highlights of two papers from 15 years ago and check the pcr standards used. They are based on patents introduced more than 20 years ago by the same fellows. Thanks. Glad you got it. Still even if the mathematics of these tests were sound for a given standard, we would still have to deal with measurement errors. I personally gave up following infection numbers when I understood that all incentives were set to feed the fraud no matter what. The real data is in hospitalisations and diagnosis. Death excess and specifically its peaks are very telling. The later is widely available, the former depends on the country. However, without wide spread autopsy results and with massive numbers of jabbed, adding to health systems plagued with nonsensical protocols, I believe that it will be impossible to unwind this story completely now. Plus, it seems that the charade will continue, to cover up the maximum of adverse health outcomes with the long covid mantra, which will require more waves, etc...
If the “vaccines” are designed to be self replicating, that’s what they’ll do. If not, they won’t. Full forensic work up needed.
2. Unless they’re self replicating, I don’t see how shedding to an important extent could happen. The dilution effect would mitigate it (you can’t leak more than you’ve got & it’ll be a tiny fraction anyway.
3. Again, I don’t believe they’re capable of making a reproducible product. It shouldn’t drift though, just jitter about a midpoint to an unacceptable extent.

I've been reading a lot of reports and have lost track of who how and when of certain information. One unsubstantiated report claiming the original Long Covid came from the first series of injections in China that had an 80% fatality rate. The claim included why the Chinese Authorities welded the doors shut on houses with sick people. Way out there, but now I have been searching for studies that link injected infecting those not.
I had 2...3 days of runny nose (and infrequent cough for a few days after) recently, like once every couple years, so it was "due". I was at a doctor for something else, and she wanted to talk me into a PCR test, despite me having a couple negative rapid tests - with clear symptoms, including one at the peak of symptoms and slightly high temperature. She went:
"I see that all the time, people even with symptoms, negative rapid tests - but then it turns out, they actually 'have it'".
Where 'it' seems to mean positive PCR result at 40 cycles... Or is it likely for the rapid tests to not get enough material for reaction even if the face is oozing slime? Or three tests rather.
I had none of the other usually described symptoms, either. No altered taste or anything else.
On a personal side note, what intrigued me was that this is like the 3. or 4. time in a row where I got a cold a few days after careless hobby woodworking with some spruce/fir wood dust inhalation and slightly irritated airways. "Is that a thing"? Neither of both is particularly frequent (me inhaling wood, or getting a cold) to easily coincide.
If it was not for the insane dogma of COVID, said symptoms would most likely lead an experienced practitioner to consider the AIDS possibility and direct their patient to check T-Cell count per CDC guidelines. Many most likely use diagnostic tools that would be shouting the same hypotheses at them in their screen. Unfortunately more PCR in the COVID great panic...
The jabbed do not care in the UK. I try to warn people but no one listens. It is beyond their comprehension. Yet all around people are hacking away - hearing reports across the UK of a hacking cough that people are having. Seeing people with the hacking cough myself. Hearing it before seeing it.
Numerous reports from NON-jabbed friends of being the only one in their workplace not off sick. E.g. 1 NON-jabbed friend being the only person in his work office with 13 jabbed people off on the sick. A few months ago he came within a few weeks of being sacked for not being jabbed. Such stories are common now but not showing up in any stats.
The UK in the last week or so stopped giving out free test kits - imagine how worse the covid stats would be if the test kits were free. They have fecked up the jabbed but, only yesterday, began giving dates out for the 4th shot. Truth is, on the quiet the very old and those with longterm illness have been getting their 4th shot since early January, some I am told just before last Christmas. I was told this by staff at a mobile jabbing unit.

I think fat actually is protective of the heart as far as the vaccines. The spike likes fat, but when there isn't much around the heart it goes for the heart, I read somewhere. So athletes having very little fat around the heart get a high amount of heart issues from the vax.
Yes I saw that posted recently. The idea is that the circulating spike protein likes lipids, and in a lean healthy athlete there isn't much fat except around the heart. (layman's terminology). Maybe it was in connection with the 15 Miami tennis players who were unable to complete the competition. Also there is some data that being a little over ideal BMI results in a slightly lower death rate.

I understand your sentiment. Some were dismissive of my effort to warn them despite the fact that I could explain why I was offering the warning with easy to understand details. They chose to turn their brains off, believe the media and stick with the herd. One of the most distressing aspects of the last two years has been coming to understand just how gullible and easily manipulated a large portion of our population is...which isn't healthy for our society.
one of my good friends listened to me early on, but eventually told me after a one-month delay that she got two shots and was afraid to tell me.... she decided to do this because she was tired of needing to pretend to be vaccinated in order to avoid the judgment of others. She wanted to be able to be truthful and say, "it's OK (to be around me) -- I'm vaccinated!"
I did not lecture her (as she had feared). Even though I am unvaccinated, I don't believe in shunning people for their personal health choices. I can't help feeling angry and sad for the large portion of our population who are so gullible and easily manipulated -- every single one of my loved ones.
And then she got health problems. And she got scared. She told me to stop sending her information about the shots, etc. (so I stopped -- this is an "off limits" topic between us) She said she would not get any more shots. But she does not do any research and prefers to live in a world of "puppies and rainbows."
It astounds me, how so many people do not want to hear this information. I mean, I don't like hearing the truth sometimes, but I am not scared of it. Some people I know have so little faith in their own powers of discernment (for good reason?) that they abdicate and hand that responsibility over to MSNBC and fact checkers. It's so crazy and horrifying.
I remember seeing a clip of that freak Don Lemon on CNN saying, “Don’t get your vaccine? Can’t go to work! Don’t get your vaccine? Can’t go to the grocery store!” Ad nauseam. I wanted to throw one of those foam “bricks” at the screen. Can’t stand that man.
I am beyond caring what happens to anyone including family and friends ... I've tried to warn some of them multiple times and all but one told me to piss off and continued boosting themselves and their kids.
I won't say I told you so -- I probably won't say anything at all if it goes sideways for any of them.

I get it, but do you have anyone in your life who shares your views on this? I'm thinking, if you have people you can talk to, it's not so hard to walk away from the ones who have been brainwashed. If it's every single person you know and are surrounded by, walking away from the ones who have drunk the koolaid means being alone. Jettison 50-year friendships. Or, pick up and start over with new people, even if you are quite old.

Dani - fwiw I've drawn strength from various substacks' comments section, JMG weekly covid forum posts ... hearing of friends in Oz who took part in demonstrations or did their equivalent of the Freedom Truckers to the national capitol, thereby meeting other like-minded folks and knowing for sure that they're not alone - all that matters. In turn, I've hosted meets, initially for 1 or 2 people at a time to build up mutual trust, and then bringing more folks together with food/drinks provided by moi. It's to pay back all the support that I've received from elsewhere... and to shore up the flagging morale of folks I see around me in SG. I remember one of Naomi Wolf's substack had mentioned the setting of one of their Freedom parties, where adults could meet and chat, and kids could be kids, mask-free etc, and I knew I could do that on my end too.
I'm an INTJ... knew that from the various blogs that I liked over the years where the majority of commentators were the same, and we always knew we were a very small minority - which the whole covid thing has only made more obvious. The average person doesn't like to deal with the 'truth' if it conflicts with their existing world-view (govt is good, they mean well blah blah) . you can't change other people's basic nature. Anyways, hopefully I've given you some ideas how to not feel so isolated....

I don't feel comfortable asking nice strangers if they are vaxx'd in general, although I might after a pleasant conversation. So where do you find these like-minded people? Based on experience: Join a political party that is against the system - check the manifesto. You will have company of like-minded people at your fingertips, and they will tend to be preserved humans, just like yourself.

Those in power must know. So are they going to come clean or just let things fall apart all around us? Even worse, will the drug companies come up with trillion dollar "remedy" that poisons people even worse?
Just as renegade docs came up with early treatments and long covid protocols, there now needs to be an all-out Manhattan Project-like effort to help the chronically infected. I would not be surprised if keto and IF are helpful in this regard, just as it's so helpful metabolically. The body acts as this amazing closed-loop system, with an uncountable number of feedback loops working together to maintain homeostasis. If things are introduced that force the body beyond it's ability to maintain homeostasis (manufactured food, poisons, leaky vaccines, etc.) then things will go off the rails.
When returning the body to state it is designed to operate (i.e. within the constraints of the feedback loops), good things happen. Even if keto doesn't directly affect OAS, ADE, etc. it does remove many other issues forcing the body out of homeostasis. This has to be a good thing. The idea is analogous to treating a trauma victim with antibiotics so the body doesn't have to fight a severe bacterial infection while also repairing damage. Keto is also generally anti-inflammatory which would also seem to be a good thing.
This type of thinking is foreign to modern medicine as it complete ignores the concept of internal milieu and homeostasis.
I fo daily intermittent fasting and done a few dry fasts lastings up to three days. Wondering if that's why I still haven't had covid, despite living in New Zealand where almost everyone I know has had it by now.
I live in Wisconsin USA. No, not dry, I drink coffee in the morning with a squirt of MCT oil. My routine is eat breakfast at 11 am-12ish, eat a large salad with a little protein soaked with avocado oil 5ish. Sometimes I miss the evening meal, 3 times in the last year didn't eat anything for 66 hours. No seeds or starchy foods. Now when I'm sick I'll follow advice of not eating.

I met a friend yesterday, triple vaxxed and got COVID for the first time. He's just been to a wedding party so they'll all have it as well. I gave him some IVM and wished him luck. As a Brit I can say that we didn't have much choice regarding lockdown, everything was shut down so there was chuff all we could do.
Live in the UK and can confirm 95%+ of Brits didn't do that. They didn't want to catch the 'deadly virus', break the rules, get caught by police, have the neighbours tell on them, or be perceived as "bad people". (All of which were dumb excuses because the lockdown was not actually enforced, plus no one can tell you what to do in the privacy of your home.)
I finally persuaded a friend who lived alone that she could meet up with me for a walk and the world wouldn't end -- in June! Prior to that, she was too compliant. I had been been taking the various vitamins and Quercetin/Zinc, tonic water, aspirin, pineapple juice, elderberry chews. Never lost my taste or smell, but I didn't drink any coffee for 2 months, and I love java. Hubby wasn't a vitamin advocate then and he was hit and miss taking them, but he now is consistent. Adult son did get the tx protocol from FLCCC, and it worked. I thought about using FLCCC but took a wait and see attitude. The only one who suffered the greatest was hubby, who is also diabetic. He's almost back to 100% health, and has been consistently taking vitamins, drinking his water, eating more vegs etc.

This is what IVM did to my wife. About two hours, fever was gone. Only returned for 3 hours two days later when I mistakenly lowered the dose. No long covid, although she had some covid symptoms like super big weakness one day and big anxiety attacks a week later.

Well, my right frozen shoulder happened when I lifted a box of cat litter that was WAYYY to heavy for me and then, a few months later, I decided to try and do a cartwheel (LMAO duh me) and hurt my left shoulder! I got a cortisone shot in my left one which helped a LOT but my right one was already too far gone for it to help. It's been a little over a year and almost 100% healed up but the stiffness comes and goes still. The most hilarious part of all of it was going to the orthopedic surgeon and him looking at my chart and mumbling out loud, "Cat litter and a cartwheel". He had a fantastic sense of humor! =0))))

I can draw conclusions from the cases / hospitalizations / fatalities numbers, but I'm not so naive about population statistics to think that those charts speak for themselves. There are so many ways that the numbers can be biased, skewed, or distorted. That's the case even assuming good faith on the part of those collecting the data, which is by now obviously and completely unwarranted with Covid. All-cause mortality, that's hard to fake. All the rest... grains of salt.
The more time I've spent looking into the real causes of the social / governmental / economic phenomena: the planners of the plandemic, their means and motives, the more I'm convinced that none of this is a mistake. This is mass murder. War, maybe, but not by the rules.

Keep in mind that graph does not adjust for population growth in the last two years, which may lead to significant changes in the true unvaccinated denominator. I detailed a 2-5x overreporting of unvaccinated death rates in those 60+ in Alberta. Not sure if case rates are similar... But it's pretty clear the boosted are getting infected at a high rate and there is no reason to think many of these cases aren't reinfections...

Thanks for the well wishes. I am fully recovered. Took about 6-8 weeks to resolve everything but I'd say most symptoms resolved in 3-4 weeks. I did take lots of supplements and a good doc gave me some meds for the rest.
I don't regret avoiding a 'vaccine' for this but that was a calculated risk to ensure better immunity in the long run (as best I could tell). Nonetheless, it was no cakewalk.

My understanding is that reliability of PCR tests depends on the number of cycles. At high cycle thresholds, PCR tests are too sensitive and prone to false positives. Under 30 cycles, positive PCR tests usually mean an active disease with replication competent virus. That's my understanding.

"replication competent virus". And we know this how? All I could find was a CDC chart that was based on a different virus. Somebody somewhere must have looking into what this virus can do. I recall the Italian study that went around swabbing walls and even toilet seats only to discover viral particles that they could not culture. But they had PCR data as low as 15 cycles as I recall. My collection of such papers now is quite out of hand and poorly organized. Never imagined that I would end up with so much stuff nor be as preoccupied with this unfolding saga.

PCR starts maximising positive always at 30 for short sequences. This is published and well known for almost 20 years. A gold standard would require a full unique long enough sequence. This is not usually possible to produce, let alone scale it. Without a gold standard the test has 4 possible logical results. Only subjective statistical methods could effectively deal with such scenarios under uncertainty. Impossible for the populace to understand the result is not binary and not possible to deploy at the individual level. FDA guidelines suggest to overcome this by limiting to 12 cycles. Usually luminescence is rendered quasi-mute at this cycle threshold for short sequences. The FDA relaxes said requirement to 18 cycles plus physician confirmation of symptoms. That's what Pfizer et al should have been doing in the polemic trials. But then again...
Given that information why was the guideline set at 30+? The probability of a false positive seems related to anything over 12 cycles for the sequencing match used for production. Or am I not understanding? I assume that somewhere is a relationship connecting sequence length, cycle count and false positive probability. Is that related to the specific reagent kit? Published?
Don't know but I suspect the obvious reasons. I call it the pandemic threshold. The FDA guidelines for trials are obviously based on some statistical analysis and results. My take on this is simply mathematical. After a given number of cycles the increased probability of having false positive or negative leads to super/exponential diffusion of the sample variance, so the 2nd moment is no longer bounded and cannot be described by an ergodic process. Basically you can no longer compute a measure of uncertainty of the system. This is assuming cycles as a measure of time and fluorescence of the outcome. Now, the specific outcome of course depends on the specific diffusion process. I briefly described a common diffusion outcome in a 2d Fokker-Plank sense. I personally gave up following infection numbers when I understood that all incentives were set to feed the fraud no matter what. The real data is in hospitalisations and diagnosis. Death excess and specifically its peaks are very telling. The later is widely available, the former depends on the country. However, without wide spread autopsy results and with massive numbers of jabbed, adding to health systems plagued with nonsensical protocols, I believe that it will be impossible to unwind this story completely now. I've been reading a lot of reports and have lost track of who how and when of certain information. One unsubstantiated report claiming the original Long Covid came from the first series of injections in China that had an 80% fatality rate. The claim included why the Chinese Authorities welded the doors shut on houses with sick people. Way out there, but now I have been searching for studies that link injected infecting those not.
I had 2...3 days of runny nose (and infrequent cough for a few days after) recently, like once every couple years, so it was "due". I was at a doctor for something else, and she wanted to talk me into a PCR test, despite me having a couple negative rapid tests - with clear symptoms, including one at the peak of symptoms and slightly high temperature. She went:
"I see that all the time, people even with symptoms, negative rapid tests - but then it turns out, they actually 'have it'".
Where 'it' seems to mean positive PCR result at 40 cycles... Or is it likely for the rapid tests to not get enough material for reaction even if the face is oozing slime? Or three tests rather.
I had none of the other usually described symptoms, either. No altered taste or anything else.
On a personal side note, what intrigued me was that this is like the 3. or 4. time in a row where I got a cold a few days after careless hobby woodworking with some spruce/fir wood dust inhalation and slightly irritated airways. "Is that a thing"? Neither of both is particularly frequent (me inhaling wood, or getting a cold) to easily coincide.
If it was not for the insane dogma of COVID, said symptoms would most likely lead an experienced practitioner to consider the AIDS possibility and direct their patient to check T-Cell count per CDC guidelines. The jabbed do not care in the UK. I try to warn people but no one listens. It is beyond their comprehension. Yet all around people are hacking away - hearing reports across the UK of a hacking cough that people are having. Seeing people with the hacking cough myself. Hearing it before seeing it.
Numerous reports from NON-jabbed friends of being the only one in their workplace not off sick. E.g. 1 NON-jabbed friend being the only person in his work office with 13 jabbed people off on the sick. A few months ago he came within a few weeks of being sacked for not being jabbed. Such stories are common now but not showing up in any stats.
The UK in the last week or so stopped giving out free test kits - imagine how worse the covid stats would be if the test kits were free. They have fecked up the jabbed but, only yesterday, began giving dates out for the 4th shot. Truth is, on the quiet the very old and those with longterm illness have been getting their 4th shot since early January, some I am told just before last Christmas. I was told this by staff at a mobile jabbing unit.

I think fat actually is protective of the heart as far as the vaccines. The spike likes fat, but when there isn't much around the heart it goes for the heart, I read somewhere. So athletes having very little fat around the heart get a high amount of heart issues from the vax.

Dani - fwiw I've drawn strength from various substacks' comments section, JMG weekly covid forum posts ... hearing of friends in Oz who took part in demonstrations or did their equivalent of the Freedom Truckers to the national capitol, thereby meeting other like-minded folks and knowing for sure that they're not alone - all that matters. In turn, I've hosted meets, initially for 1 or 2 people at a time to build up mutual trust, and then bringing more folks together with food/drinks provided by moi. It's to pay back all the support that I've received from elsewhere... and to shore up the flagging morale of folks I see around me in SG. I remember one of Naomi Wolf's substack had mentioned the setting of one of their Freedom parties, where adults could meet and chat, and kids could be kids, mask-free etc, and I knew I could do that on my end too.
I'm an INTJ... knew that from the various blogs that I liked over the years where the majority of commentators were the same, and we always knew we were a very small minority - which the whole covid thing has only made more obvious. The average person doesn't like to deal with the 'truth' if it conflicts with their existing world-view (govt is good, they mean well blah blah) . you can't change other people's basic nature. I would not be surprised if keto and IF are helpful in this regard, just as it's so helpful metabolically. The body acts as this amazing closed-loop system, with an uncountable number of feedback loops working together to maintain homeostasis. If things are introduced that force the body beyond it's ability to maintain homeostasis (manufactured food, poisons, leaky vaccines, etc.) then things will go off the rails.
When returning the body to state it is designed to operate (i.e. within the constraints of the feedback loops), good things happen. Even if keto doesn't directly affect OAS, ADE, etc. it does remove many other issues forcing the body out of homeostasis. This has to be a good thing. The idea is analogous to treating a trauma victim with antibiotics so the body doesn't have to fight a severe bacterial infection while also repairing damage. Keto is also generally anti-inflammatory which would also seem to be a good thing.
This type of thinking is foreign to modern medicine as it complete ignores the concept of internal milieu and homeostasis.
I fo daily intermittent fasting and done a few dry fasts lastings up to three days. Wondering if that's why I still haven't had covid, despite living in New Zealand where almost everyone I know has had it by now.

I live in Wisconsin USA. No, not dry, I drink coffee in the morning with a squirt of MCT oil. My routine is eat breakfast at 11 am-12ish, eat a large salad with a little protein soaked with avocado oil 5ish. Sometimes I miss the evening meal, 3 times in the last year didn't eat anything for 66 hours. No seeds or starchy foods. Now when I'm sick I'll follow advice of not eating.

I considered shifting to Mexico when Austria was threatening to jail the unvaxxed... I was waiting to see how far they would go as that might be a template for other countries.

Did you ever write about consequences for children, who are born to vaccinated parents? Do they also inhgerit a broken immune system? Or will we, unvaccinated, have to find other unvaccinated people when we want to have children?
The epigenetics will take generations to understand.
