The cashiers were probably exposed in the months prior to March 2020 -- this thing circulated since at least November 2019. The fact is that despite what they claimed, the original strain was never that infectious. Most transmission chains fizzled out without leading to outbreaks.

But it's clear that the virus did reach an inflection point in several hotspots around early to mid-March 2020. Why? I dunno, but these outbreaks were real. I live in London, have family in Madrid and friends in NYC. I knew upwards of a dozen people who were sick in March 2020 with classic covid symptoms (a few were able to confirm it by PCR test or antibody test later on).

What I think was not entirely natural was the quick acceleration of deaths. In these hotspots, they peaked in April -- weeks after lockdowns were imposed. Why were there no death spikes in March? It's clear that the shutting down of health services, restriction of early treatment, and negligence of the elderly hugely increased people's vulnerability.

Oh and you're right about HCQ. My mother (early 70s) got a prescription in Spain before the European Medicines Agency issued guidance against it. She recovered at home and though she had a rough time, she never developed respiratory symptoms.

It was, and still is, as contagious as expected. But it's way less dangerous than predicted because it's easy prey for normal immune systems. Most people get itvand don't even realize it. Some get sick and shake it off. Meds help. A few are defective and lose the fight, the virus wins. We, and the medical authorities, should have been more interested in why most were unaffected, and teach the rest to be like them. It's pretty easy, actually. The 21 Day Immunity Plan is a good start.

Why did these so called health agencies ban something that worked?

Greed. The "health" agencies profited from the disaster, so they encouraged it. They're not interested in health, only sickness. HHS should definitely be renamed or reformed.
