Amazing news! New York Court throws away the order to fire unvaccinated New York City municipal workers and orders them REINSTATED with BACK PAY.
Do you know who I am sorry about? The vaccinated New York municipal workers, who did not want to get vaccinated but folded in fear of being fired. They are very unfortunate — and totally unwilling - victims of criminal Covid vaccine pushers. They had to feed their families and it was a tough time. My heart is breaking for them.
The unvaccinated who got fired, are the true heroes and at last, the lucky players in this sordid story. They kept their health and they are getting back pay. The outcome is extremely unfair to the vaccinated New York municipal workers — but is NOT the fault of the fired unvaxed employees, of course.
New York City can easily afford to pay the judgment because, sadly, in the end, there were not very many unvaccinated fired workers — most folded for obvious reasons. I hope the judgment will stand, for this reason, and others.
Standing for themselves paid off!

The workers who folded because they were threatened should also sue and get damages - I feel for them too
