It's natural but I don't know how much meat is natural. Did cavemen eat wooly mammoth every day or did they eat mostly bugs and nuts and berries and only have mammoth meat during the winter when plant foods were scarce? Maybe it's more natural to eat more fish instead? Problem is a lot of people don't have a taste for smaller oilier fish…

Maybe it's more natural to eat more fish instead? Problem is a lot of people don't have a taste for smaller oilier fish such as sardines and herring which are more sustainable and abundant and lower in mercury and higher in nutrients than the types of fish that are more preferred. Instead they get fed to the bigger fish that we eat which is a waste. They are in fact underfished and overpopulated from fishing their predators too much.
