Now that it has been tested on 4.4 million guinea pigs it's only the two mice that are missing in order for you to have to take it if you are not in habbit of breaking your word. Never bet against the willingness of the guinea pigs to participate in a trial when there are not enough mice that are keen to take the risk.
If something is required to be tested on animals first it means someone at some time has thought that kind of invention could be dangerous for humans. There's a sign there.
