If you're not up to reading through all the technical science-y stuff, just go to the chart near the bottom. I've been taking this regimen (plus Vit D & C, turmeric, and magnesium) since March 2020, and have had no colds - or anything else!

I chew two turmeric and ginger gummies anytime I have morning congestion. I do daily D and magnesium and occasionally C. I have heard that magnesium is good for allergies as well.

I say again, turmeric needs to be taken with black pepper to make it way more effective. And the best magnesium is magnesium malate (or citrate). Magnesium oxide and hydroxide are toxic. Vitamin D3 is best and vitamin C should be taken 15 minutes or more before meals.
