Do not underestimate how smart they are. Definitely smarter than me, for example.
In fact, I do a lot of wheeling and dealing in business, and sometimes meet smart people who are negotiating against me and are way more knowledgeable or intelligent than I am. I know such situation to be a moment of great danger and try to be very cautious or disengage under some nice false pretenses.

Correct. The schwabbys have gamed this out with different scenarios. That's why early on we got the jab propaganda blitzkrieg and now we are getting hit with numerous global crises to distract from a serious debate about the jabs.
People are intelligent in different ways. And "knowledgeable" has its limitations (but if dealing with A.I., it's a whole different "ballgame"). However, truly evil people, which appears to be a core characterisic of the Globalist-types who want to rule the planet and exterminate most of humanity, are operating with the handicap of disconnection from their soul and Source consciousness. Because they fail in the "know thyself" parameter, they will also underestimate or fail to understand others. This leaves them prone to making serious miscalculations and errors in judgement. Also, I suspect that they truly cannot understand people who have such motivating priorities as wanting to do what is the best for everyone (as they perceive it), and "be good" and serve a Higher Power. I doubt if any of them would sacrifice themselves for someone else, or for God or country, etc.
A "dog eat dog" world isn't good for anybody, and certainly not for future generations. Darwin made a huge error in promoting the idea of "survival of the fittest". Nature actually works more on the principle of cooperation/symbiosis rather than competition. Yes, competition is a factor because it keeps species strong, but without cooperation, eventually the entire system fails. In fact, the best current example of that kind of failure is what the Globalists themselves are up to!
