My parents are just a couple of years away from that age group, and believe EVERYTHING Saint Fauci says. I used to try to reason with them, try to show them the quakery of the Pfizer studies, explain the UKHSA negative efficacy tables, they won't listen or read anything not in the MSM, they just say that the CDC, NIH, FDA and MSNBC would never knowingly hurt US citizens.
This is definitely an odd time for me, a couple of good friends in their early 50s have recently died of heart attacks, I just hope my parents don't succumb to covid or an associated vaxx-booster side effect.

I agree. For the higher age groups, especially 80+, I believe fear and denial are the most likely situation. These people were around for WWII. They saw things get much better, overall, for the country (USA) and now they're seeing things moving back towards the Great Depression. I'm scared, why wouldn't they be?

I too tried rational arguments but to no avail. Now, since I got covid and recovered, I just say that I've had it and I'm done. If the drugs I took to help me (not as early as would have been ideal) didn't help me, then I did it on my own and had no need for one of these mRNA transfections. If the treatment did work then the transfections are also pointless. They can't scare me anymore.

Propaganda has been very successful for the Dems over the past several years. Before that it was working well for the Pubs. The only time Trump was really praised by the MSM was when he launched missiles into Syria. Now Russia is using their military to bring independence to the Donbas region which has been under siege by Kiev for the past 7 years, and all the West can talk about is sending more weaponry to Ukraine. Films that I have seen indicate the Ukrainian army is mostly cutting and running, abandoning their basses just like the US did in Afghanistan. I think the Ukraine conflict would be settled very quickly if the US just took their operatives out of the county, and actually talked respectfully to Russia.

Igor, can you comment on the WSJ article from yesterday? Sad to see them continue perpetuate what Dr. Andrew Hills band of cowards continues to misrepresent. To grasp this truth, withholding a medicine safer than aspirin with a potential life saving efficacy of 62%, and little to no risk of adverse events especially with lack of availability of vaccine to many around world, is absolutely heartstopping.

I personally believe Ivermectin prophylactic treatment is a far greater risk/benefit choice than vaccines. My family has chosen this route. I convinced my 80+ year old parents to not take more than one vaccine..My sibling is hysterically against my choice and success in preventing our parents from taking boosters. He still believes in the fidelity of American Medical Institutions and rejects the idea of "capture" by big pharma and sociopathic billionaires.

The WSJ article does not even provide any link to the study. All my attempts to find it circle back to WSJ. The TOGETHER trial website does not provide any text, only that "manuscript is forthcoming". This is all very suspicious as the study was paused last summer, if I recall correctly.

Even the ones that know they've been lied to in the past seem unable to progress to the obvious next step of rejecting the liars as trustworthy now. It wasn't how I raised them, lol, but then they went to college.
I have a well educated friend who also just thinks I’m nuts. Just cites fact checks and the like as his augment. And flat out refuses to read any source that he has seen a hit piece on.

Oh I know the type... not even trying to engage the topic, but searching desperately for dirty work someone else did on someone so they can pretend to have a legit reason to not look at the meat of it. As if those doing the hit job somehow have the touch of some deity to grant them infallible wisdom.
What a lot of people learned in college, apparently, is that there is some authoritative source on something, and you are on the right path by adherence to that. Don't actually use your brain.
The belief in the institutions per se is a strong factor I observed... Even though there is some concept of corruption and politicians, it's somehow not applicable here. And the scale is too big, so in their bad model of the situation, this automatically makes it impossible - "too many, someone would talk". (oh they do talk - those are the ones found on the hit pieces, lol). In a hierarchical system, only the heads need to be foul, the rest just obediently goes through the movements as they always do.

I'm pretty convinced they don't want to know anything contradictory to the storyline. They cannot stand the cognitive dissonance and they don't want to be crosswise with their friends - they need to all believe together. To do independent homework might alienate them and make them question more than just the virus - the whole history might start falling apart.
This is my parents as well. I worry too. What even is the answer as it appears the damage is done at the double vax. Is it worse to stay that way and not boost? Is it worse to boost? So the question is: Is the large number of hospitalizations and deaths occurring after the first shot also an issue with the 2nd shot and subsequent boosters? Any problems in the 2 weeks following the booster would be counted as double-vaxxed and make double-vaxxed look worse.

I'm terrible at statistics, but couldn't you just say that the second shot simply spreads out the number of infections over time as opposed to the first shot, where only the first two weeks show suppressed immunity?
I think there's something to that. There's some speculation/studies that say that the spike protein in and of itself causes issues and that the amount of spike proteins generated by the mrna instructions is uncontrolled and can continue longer than we think.
So the first shot floods your system and causes problems - while the 2nd shot is more an additive effect that continues to build up over time.
A friend has elderly parents that are the same way and sadly both have begun rapidly declining at the same time. Memory loss, they keep falling at home. My friend is trying to get live in help as they can't live alone anymore.

If the spike protein is mutagenic in nature (meaning it alters the genome at the cellular level, changing cell behaviors) then it makes sense to limit the exposure to as small of a dose as possible, for the shortest duration possible in order to minimize the harm done.

I dont see the stats of how many of the deaths received ivermectin and failed to respond. No, wait, I see it -- there are none. The prohibition of effective therapies is the primary cause of most deaths attributed to covid. Those responsible for those decisions must be prosecuted. Every doctor who refused to treat should be sued for malpractice. They knew better, but chose to support dangerous vax and meds. Malpractice doesn't care if it was incompetence or malice.

I have just phoned my good friend. He and his wife are duly jabbed because of - travel. They recently went to South Africa, with the intention to travel on to Namibia (safari, the Big 5, all that). They took a covid test (both negative) five days before their flight to Africa but on arrival found out they would need to be tested locally in order to visit Namibia. The tests came out positive, so they were stuck in Cape Town for the duration. Saved them the headache with one test positive, the other negative.

Old people die anyway. Three people around me have died in less than a year and none from COVID. One guy was in my tennis group. He was about 7 years older than me. My neighbor on the east died suddenly. He was 10 years younger than me. My neighbor on the west died. She was two years older than me. My mother always said, "If one thing doesn't get you, something else will." My own view is that there really is no proof that the injections have any positive effect at all. I recommend to all my "vaccinated" friends in the tennis group to get their vD levels up above 60. I haven't met one yet that has been tested for their serum level of vD. Mine was tested two years ago and was at 61 taking 5,000 IU a day. I've increased that to 7,000 to try to get closer to 80. They say there is little risk of overdose. My total Cholesterol was at 143 the last time I was tested. That's taking 4,000 IU of Kirkland brand fish oil every day. I take other supplements too.
I have Nordic skin and was D deficient two years ago despite getting enough solar irradiation to cause squamous cell cancer on my forehead; have actinic keratoses all over my face. I'll stick with vitamin D

I personally believe Ivermectin prophylactic treatment is a far greater risk/benefit choice than vaccines. My family has chosen this route. I convinced my 80+ year old parents to not take more than one vaccine..My sibling is hysterically against my choice and success in preventing our parents from taking boosters. The belief in the institutions per se is a strong factor I observed... Even though there is some concept of corruption and politicians, it's somehow not applicable here. And the scale is too big, so in their bad model of the situation, this automatically makes it impossible - "too many, someone would talk". (oh they do talk - those are the ones found on the hit pieces, lol). In a hierarchical system, only the heads need to be foul, the rest just obediently goes through the movements as they always do.

I'm pretty convinced they don't want to know anything contradictory to the storyline. They cannot stand the cognitive dissonance and they don't want to be crosswise with their friends - they need to all believe together. To do independent homework might alienate them and make them question more than just the virus - the whole history might start falling apart.
This is my parents as well. I worry too. What even is the answer as it appears the damage is done at the double vax. Is it worse to stay that way and not boost? Is it worse to boost? Some 46% of the deaths had occurred in the first 2 weeks after a shot.
The UK data and other studies don't count you as "boosted" until 2 weeks after the shot.
So the question is: Is the large number of hospitalizations and deaths occurring after the first shot also an issue with the 2nd shot and subsequent boosters? Any problems in the 2 weeks following the booster would be counted as double-vaxxed and make double-vaxxed look worse.

I'm terrible at statistics, but couldn't you just say that the second shot simply spreads out the number of infections over time as opposed to the first shot, where only the first two weeks show suppressed immunity?
I think there's something to that. There's some speculation/studies that say that the spike protein in and of itself causes issues and that the amount of spike proteins generated by the mrna instructions is uncontrolled and can continue longer than we think.
So the first shot floods your system and causes problems - while the 2nd shot is more an additive effect that continues to build up over time.

At this stage, Ivermectin could be welcomed as any efficacy would prop up failing vaccine efficacy.
With every new round of booster we get more sudden deaths in the relatively young. Very rarely does life give you as clear and concise wake up call as a stroke.
If the spike protein is mutagenic in nature (meaning it alters the genome at the cellular level, changing cell behaviors) then it makes sense to limit the exposure to as small of a dose as possible, for the shortest duration possible in order to minimize the harm done.
One probably shouldn't be injecting its blueprint over and over again into themselves.

I dont see the stats of how many of the deaths received ivermectin and failed to respond. No, wait, I see it -- there are none. The prohibition of effective therapies is the primary cause of most deaths attributed to covid. Those responsible for those decisions must be prosecuted. I have just phoned my good friend. He and his wife are duly jabbed because of - travel. They recently went to South Africa, with the intention to travel on to Namibia (safari, the Big 5, all that). They took a covid test (both negative) five days before their flight to Africa but on arrival found out they would need to be tested locally in order to visit Namibia. The tests came out positive, so they were stuck in Cape Town for the duration. Saved them the headache with one test positive, the other negative.
They were naive no one can blame them. But we have to celebrate the 4% who didn't give in!

Old people die anyway. Three people around me have died in less than a year and none from COVID. One guy was in my tennis group. He was about 7 years older than me. My neighbor on the east died suddenly. He was 10 years younger than me. My neighbor on the west died. She was two years older than me. My mother always said, "If one thing doesn't get you, something else will." My own view is that there really is no proof that the injections have any positive effect at all. I recommend to all my "vaccinated" friends in the tennis group to get their vD levels up above 60. I haven't met one yet that has been tested for their serum level of vD. Mine was tested two years ago and was at 61 taking 5,000 IU a day. I've increased that to 7,000 to try to get closer to 80. They say there is little risk of overdose. My total Cholesterol was at 143 the last time I was tested. That's taking 4,000 IU of Kirkland brand fish oil every day. I take other supplements too.
