This is a nonstandard explanation. What observable real world facts does it predict better than the standard one?

If you transplant blood into someone else and they die, but then you declare to everyone that the reason they died is because blood is poisonous, what observable real world facts does this create?

Being wrong has a lot of negative consequences on health. The reason they died is not because the blood was poisonous, the reason they died is because the immune system doesn't recognize the blood as their own dna and thus safe.

If you think the cause of disease is viruses or blood, and you destroy the virus and blood, well of course you will miss most healthy solutions.

Ever wonder why death doctors cannot and will not cure cancer? That's observable.
