Maybe I'm too soft but now having seen the video, and having seen that her apology was genuine and that her remorse is sincere, I favour forgiveness. I still think she probably doesn't grasp the full enormity of the wrongdoing that she was complicit in, and she needs to educate herself further, but she should be spared the rope.
