Yes unfortunately...this was the eugenecists plan...sadly they may have been right in estimating / wanting 90% of the population to die eventually....then who is left? Suze, I think there are three ideas running. One motivation may be for the mass death of mankind. Enslavement is not even a consideration but securing more resources and goods for the elite is. The problem is how to access those resources once the majority of mankind is either perpetually sick or dying.
A second option is the complete destruction of mankind where certain elite believe mankind is just a pest that is destroying the world. This is the ultimate radicalization of the environmentalist. The third idea is more cosmic in nature (from a Pastor in Hawaii) who believes the real goal (beyond sheer death) is one of genetic transformation of mankind in order to remove the genetic markers of man from his DNA makeup that transform humanity into a different being so that the unique God-made genetic makeup is changed to make the bulk of mankind "non-redeemable". Yes Arnold. Satan hates every human alive and unborn. He wants Gods gift of humanity gone or fouled in nasty ways. He is not God but he watches and listens so he needs humans to do this evil and planetwide genocide. Satan held a “Job Fair” and recruited many humans to do his evil. The new burgeoning technology finally came to make the job easier and under the radar for it looks like the whole planet has been taken. False gods and “saviors “ everywhere. This is prophecy. God will win and I believe He needs us to help mankind when He does. When I figured that out it explained everything and I got to my knees. He took away my fear and gave me courage. Directed saving information to me like He is doing to all of us resisting or repenting or seeing this horror for what it is. Stay strong! Do not fear! There is a more powerful plan in play right now.

I think science is very far away from making this a reality. There are many things we don't know about how the mother helps build the baby's immune system, for example. And I bet there are a lot of other tweaks that come across that umbilical cord we know nothing about - changes to baby's epigenetics or changes to help the baby survive a change in the environment. And of course the baby gets to know mom's voice and is comforted by mom's heartbeat and body motions.
