Reminds me of the scene in StarWars 2 where Darth Vadar attacks Luke with things detaching from the wall and being hurled at him--you can only defend yourself so long before you are overwhelmed with incoming. And the unfortunate thing is most people are weak in their vitamins and mineral uptake which makes it a loosing proposition.
