Nobody gets through school to be a doctor or a "scientist" by questioning authority. Doctors and scientists work to please their own institutions. That's how they get their degrees and licenses. That's how they get paid. They don't work for patients or for the public. They work for the University (the State, usually) or for their big pharm or for military bioweapon developer money (see Fauci and wife.)

When I post on their social media, contact their websites, the university they work at etc and point out that these 2 issues were discussed in-depth in the EMA’s original Public Assessment report released in December 2020 and on which every regulator worldwide issued an EUA then never answer or acknowledge it.
If they had read that report at the time or shortly afterwards they would not be surprised now. It is written quite plainly these 2 issues were known about.

Yes, I've read this is a known tactic researchers use to get important information out. Disclose what really happened in the body of the study, but issue an "acceptable" conclusion so it will be published. Then, hope the truth embedded in the study's published results will get attention.
EXACTLY, like the clinical trials deeming mRNA vaccines "safe and effective" EVEN THOUGH the trials actually had 45% excess cardiovascular-related deaths with vaccine compared to placebo, and a net effect of "4 killed for every 3 saved" even at the height of the pandemic.
COVID deaths: 2 vaccine vs. 5 placebo (-60%)
non-COVID deaths: 29 vaccine vs. 25 placebo (+16%)
cardiovascular deaths: 16 vaccine vs. 11 placebo (+45%)
Overall: 4 more non-COVID deaths, 3 less COVID deaths (4 KILLED FOR EVERY 3 SAVED)
OF COURSE this devastating mortality data (undeniably the most important data from the clinical trials) was hidden deep in the "Supplementary Appendix" of each of the NEJM articles.

One thing to always keep in mind, when data appears to show the vaccinated with higher infection rates, this could just as easily reflect social behavior as opposed to biological factors in the vaccinated. Essentially, back before Omicron, when the vaccinated believed they were immune (b/c of govt. conditioning), they were very willing to rip off the mask and catch up on partying, while the unvaccinated remained in a defensive crouch, until they themselves got sick, relaxed, and re-entered society (mainly after December 2021).
Any comparative data generated closer to our era in the pandemic is more likely to reflect a biological reality, although the unvaccinated probably still reflect a host of additional social factors related to grit and anti-authoritarianism, which may act as significant confounding variables, and over time these can manifest in varying ways that upsets simple A/B statistical analysis. For example, how many unvaccinated do you think are amongst those still perpetually living in a N-95 masks - not many. Sadly, owing to deliberately flawed initial RCTs, we'll probably never know the true answers to these critically important questions.

In the movies, film-goers can easily identify the “Bad Guys” who are seeking more control and want to suppress freedom. However, in the Real World, the public actually seems to pull for the Bad Guys who are doing this.
For example, “Star Wars” is arguably the most popular movie franchise of our lifetimes. One might think a few of the millions of Star Wars fanatics might identify with the freedom-fighters who are resisting the Evil Empire. Instead, Luke Skywalker was quickly cancelled and labeled a science denier/threat to society. In the Real World, Darth Vader would probably be given a Nobel Prize and be feted as the great protector of the galaxy.

I did these calculations from our hospital data (below). Today I saw something HORRIBLE. Nine antepartum beds full (before birth)-admitted pregnant women all under 32 weeks gestation.
I am researching this area in Australia but it's almost impossible to get data because the government are not releasing the annual reports. It's all anecdotal. Would it be possible to compare the data from 2019 to the data presented in this paper, a similar cohort of women. The stats are not statistically significant in this paper but we know the live birth rate has dropped significantly so comparing the data presented her to data pre Covid may show a significant increase in neonatal mortality. This is so important because the Australian college of Obstetricians are still pushing this onto pregnant women, telling them they are vulnerable and are risking their baby if they do not get a booster when pregnant. It has to stop.

So even that statement isn't entirely true; they certainly create parts of SARS-CoV-2, just not the whole thing!
Once again the government applies pedantry and sleight-of-hand but in this instance gets tangled up in their own deception.
So they didn't include any miscarriages? Miscarriage is pretty common and, from personal experience, nobody in the NHS is very interested in why it happens or how you deal with it. However, surely someone should be looking at whether there have been more reported miscarriages since the jabs were rolled out to pregnant women? Or even just to women generally. The fact that stillborn or recently born babies don’t have a registration ID and so are excluded from statistics is covering up this problem.
