I don't know. At the end of the day, it's a bad cold that 99.5% survive. Maybe it will mutate into something worse and maybe it won't. Maybe it will kill 98%. The immune system is so much more than some spike protein. Don't get me wrong, the spike protein will take its own prisoners. I have faith in the power of the human body to overcome this. Scientists smientists, do your worst you faithless sociopaths, we will prevail.

If you don’t have an immune system a cold kills you. Every single person dying of what we used to call ‘natural causes’ in an old folks home dies with a virus or two, and an infection or two. What they’re getting sick from is not a specific virus - called COVID. It is just one of the hundreds of viruses we breathe in every week of our lives. Normally these would be sloughed off without even noticing. No immune system and they get sick. And sicker. And much sicker.
