i suspect the ministry of truth will have something outlandish to say. either way it makes me want to avoid the jabbed even more.

i hope i never need a blood transfusion for even more reasons than if i need one im already in trouble

Good point Ray. Yes, I have made a decision to look after my own health, to the point where I hope I never need a transfusion!

If you have elective surgery, pre-donate your own blood in case you need it.

Yes, that's a great idea!!

I've tried to do this on previous surgeries, and the system HATES this and puts up as many barriers as possible to it. Maybe because I'm in Australia, and the gov't controls all the medicine? But they won't do it here. They claim that donating/banking my own blood would leave me "weaker for surgery" than if I didn't.

I have long worried about the blood supply...and something I do not see anyone looking at: the organ supply.

Yeah, there was a story a while back that they denied a man an organ transplant for not getting vaxxed when he probably would have gotten a "vaxxed" organ!

that was insane and the final proof that most doctors are fools

I have the same fear about ever needing a blood transfusion.

I work in healthcare and am in a room full of vaxxed co-workers and patients 24 hours a week. I can only imagine what I've inhaled. Good thing I'm taking all the right supplements at least. ..

Would you mind sharing your regimen? I take Nac, Quercetin, Vit C Liposomal, Vit D3 and zinc. Also magnesium. Also 16 strain with FOS probiotic. Also milk thistle. So far, so good. Feel great as well as my husband. Thank you kindly.

I take all of what you mentioned except milk thistle. Not probiotics every day though, and sometimes just vit C pills. I roughly follow the FLCCC guidelines as well as some other references to similar supplements. Also take Black seed powder (Nigella Sativa) because I work in healthcare and am around a lot of people every week. After work or if in large groups of people, I use XClear nasal spray when I get home. My husband and I have been pretty healthy! No colds even! After 35 years in healthcare, I hope I may have some pre-existing immunity. At least half of the fully vaccinated Drs and staff in my office have had covid- especially in the last few months.

Maybe Milk thistle isn't needed if I am using nac The probiotic is just a once a week thing.. Will have dig further. I love X Clear. They almost banned that too from what I had heard. Luckily I was able to score quite a bit at health food store and a local small mom and pops pharmacy. Wishing you well.

I have been able to order XClear and all of my supplements - including NAC online at Vitacost or iherb. (Both have very fast shipping most of the time). Or sometimes Swanson. I just look for the best price and discount offers.

Keep me posted if you learn anything more.

Wishing you well too :-)

I mostly use Swanson. Have not heard of the other two you mentioned. Will do.😊
